Position : Coordinator Assistant (with Graphics/ Photo & Video Editing)

Working Hours : M-F To be followed

Salary Range : 900-1000 USD/month

About the job:

As a Coordinator Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting various tasks crucial to our pre-production processes, ad production, content creation, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

1. Photo/Video Preparation:

- Prepare high-quality photos and videos for advertisements.

- Ensure all media assets meet our stringent standards for presentation and quality.

- Organize files, format images/videos, and verify readiness for production.

2. Photoshop Script and Efficiency:

- Utilize your expertise in Photoshop to execute our scripts, optimizing our workflow and enhancing editing efficiency.

- Contribute innovative ideas to streamline our editing processes further.

3. Finalization of Video Ads:

- Compile and export video advertisements for the last part of the advertisement process, ensuring they are polished and ready for distribution.

- Collaborate with the team to implement feedback and adjustments, striving for excellence in every deliverable.

4. Pre-production Task Completion:

- Maintain our order management system and database, ensuring accurate data entry and system readiness for efficient ad - production.

- Proactively identify and address any discrepancies or issues to minimize disruptions.

5. Social Media Engagement and Customer Communication:

- Actively engage with our audience on social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.

- Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.

- Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, adhering to established guidelines and voice.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 solid years of experience in the role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
  • EXCELLENT attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience in content creation and social media management is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and understand the nuances and specifics of the Western Disciplines in the Equine Industry
